La función plaquetaria en la hemoglobinuria paroxística nocturna
Abstract
Se estudió la función plaquetaria en 14 pacientes con HPN; 9 de ellos se encontraban en crisis y 5 en la fase crónica estable de la enfermedad. El 77,7% de los casos en crisis presentaron alguna alteración de la función plaquetaria. En los casos que se hallaban en la fase estable de la enfermedad no se encontró ningún trastorno funcional plaquetario. La alteración más frecuentemente encontrada fue la ausencia de agregación plaquetaria con epinefrina y colágeno. Se sugiere la posibilidad de que estos trastornos fun-cionales estén relacionados con una alteración de las membranas en una población plaquetaria patológica.Downloads
