Aspectos ginecológicos y estudio gonadal de la disgenesia gonadal turneriana (DGM)
Abstract
Se presentan los resultados del estudio de las alteraciones ginecológicas y gonadales de 40 pacientes con DGT. Se comprueba un insuficiente desarrollo del vello sexual en la mayoría de los casos, así como hipo-plasia e hipopigmentación de los genitales internos y mamas. Se informa la ausencia de clítoris en un caso, y una elevada frecuencia de teletelia. El smear vaginal reflejó la hipofunción gonadal, mientras que la gonadotropinuria no dio resultados uniformes. El estado anatómico de los genitales internos se inves-tigó mediante pelvineumografía, laparoscopia y laparotomía, que fueron útiles para confirmar el diagnós-tico. Se realizó un estudio comparativo de los hallazgos de cada uno y se estableció el valor diagnóstico e indicación de los mismos. Se comentan los resultados del estudio hístico gonadal y se destaca la presen-cia de imágenes hísticas variadas, aun en casos con manifestaciones clínicas similares.Downloads
