Litiasis de ácido úrico. Su tratamiento médico. Experiencia de 18 meses
Abstract
En este trabajo se estudian 22 pacientes que presentaban litiasis de ácido úrico. Se realiza un seguimiento evolutivo, con estudios bioquímicos en sangre y orina, cada 45 días durante el primer año y cada 3 meses en los últimos 6 meses. A todos los enfermos se le instauró terapéutica con alcalinizantes urinarios y aumento de la ingestión de líquidos por encima de 3,5 litros en 24 horas, asociándosele alopurinol a los casos con hiperuricemia. A los 18 meses de comenzada la terapéutica se le realizó un urograma descendente. La totalidad de los datos obtenidos fueron sometidos a un riguroso análisis estadistico, llegándose a la conclusión que los pacientes con litiasis de ácido úrico, deben recibir un tratamiento médico adecuado para evitar la ricidiva de esta enfermedad.Downloads
