Insuficiencia suprarrenal crónica o enfermedad de Addison. Reporte de un caso
Abstract
Se presenta un caso de insuficiencia suprarrenal crónica idiopática, el primero en el hospital regional “Mario Muñoz” de Colón, así como en la provincia de Matanzas. Se estudiaron los síntomas y signos presentados por el caso y se realizaron las pruebas que a nuestro nivel se pueden hacer para afirmar el diagnóstico de esta entidad nosológica. Se apreció una respuesta favorable a los medicamentos y al suprimir los mismos, se observó la reaparición total del cuadro clínico de la patología planteada. La prueba positiva del Rouleaux de los hematíes se quedó sin explicación concluyente. A la paciente se le informó detalladamente de su enfermedad y a su vez se le entregó una tarjeta para llevarla con ella, obligatoriamente, en la que se encuentra escrito el diagnóstico de la patología que padece, así como los medicamentos y dosis que ingiere de éstos.Downloads
