Hipertensión arterial maligna. Experiencias en aspectos clínicos y de investigaciones complementarias
Abstract
Se realiza un estudio de los casos con hipertensión arterial maligna observados, en los últimos 10 años, en el hospital clinicoquirúrgico “Joaquín Alharrán” y en el Instituto de Nefrología de Cuba. Se presentan los datos estadísticos de los hallazgos clínicos y de las investigaciones realizadas para analizar el tratamiento impuesto y los resultados obtenidos. La sobrevivencia global lograda, de 41.2% demuestra el valor de la terapéutica empleada. Se recomienda control de las cifras tensionales (mínima inferior a 100 mm de Hgl con el empleo combinado de diuréticos, hipotensores, bloqueadores alfas y métodos dialíticos. En casos escogidos, la binefrectomía y el trasplante renal fueron salvadores.Downloads
