Aneurisma de la aorta abdominal. Reporte de tres casos con ruptura en el duodeno
Abstract
En el año 1962 tuvimos la oportunidad de observar casi simultáneamente, dos casos de aneurisma de la aorta abdominal, con ruptura en la tercera por-ción del duodeno, los cuales fallecieron en un corto lapso de tiempo, por hemorragia masiva intestinal. Dos años más tarde tuvimos otro caso con la misma topografía de perforación y con una evolución similar. Después de inscripto nuestro trabajo en el Congreso, hemos visto un cuarto caso de otro centro hospitalario, el cual hemos creído oportuno incluirlo en esta presentación. Entendemos que es de verdadero interés el conocer esta complicación de los aneurismas de la aorta abdominal, ya que aun-que no muy frecuente, el sangramiento digestivo con que se manifiesta puede tener una evolución no tan aguda y fatal en breve plazo, y se presta por consiguiente a considerar las distintas posi-bilidades etiológicas de un sangramiento digestivo, estableciendo un diagnóstico precoz tributario de una terapéutica quirúrgica eficaz.Downloads
