Trastornos de la inmunidad humoral en el bocio tóxico difuso
Abstract
Se estudió la presencia de anticuerpos antitiroglobulina y antimicrosomales, y su posible relación con los niveles de complemento hemolítico en diez pacientes con bocio tóxico difuso (BTD) antes de recibir tratamiento. Como controles se utilizaron diez muestras de sangre de sujetos aparentemente normales. Se detectaron anticuerpos antitiroglobulina en siete casos y antimicrosomales en cuatro casos. En tres de ellos detectaron ambos tipos de anticuerpos. Los valores de complemento hemolítico en los enfermos con BTD no difirieron de los valores hallados en los controles normales. No se halló relación entre los niveles de anticuerpos y los títulos de complemento hemolítico.Downloads
