Aspectos radiográficos y anatomopatológicos de la Aspergiliosis pulmonar. Reporte de cuatro casos
Abstract
Existen varias especies de hongos pertenecientes al género Aspergillus: Funiigatus, niger, flavus, nidulans, cla- vatus, versicolor, etc., que son altamente patógenos para los pájaros, pero que también pueden serlo para el hombre al que pueden producirle lesiones pul-monares, cutáneas, de las uñas, fiel con-ducto auditivo externo, oculares, ha-biéndose descrito formas graves disemi-nadas y endocarditis. La más frecuente de todas las localizaciones en el hombre es la pulmonar y es a la que nos vamos a referir en nuestro trabajo, siendo el Aspergilus Funiigatus el responsable de la mayoría de estas infecciones.Downloads
