Prueba de la fluorescencia de la Tetraciclina en el diagnóstico del carcinoma gástrico. Nuestra experiencia
Abstract
La diferencia entre la úlcera gástrica benigna y el carcinoma gástrico ulcerado, sigue siendo un problema difícil. Día a día se ha ido tratando de buscar nuevos métodos de investigación que permitan establecer el diagnóstico correcto, así como el diagnóstico precoz de carcinoma gástrico en su período inicial cuando los síntomas aún son poco llamativos. Es así como en medio de esta búsqueda de medios diagnósticos surge la Prueba de Fluorescencia de la Tetraciclina en el sedimento gástrico.Desde hace algunos meses y basados en estos trabajos comenzamos a realizar en nuestro departamento esta prueba, en pacientes supuestamente portadores de una neoplasia gástrica.
