Hallazgos clínicos y de laboratorio en el síndrome de Klinefelter
Abstract
Se presentan dos pacientes con síndrome de Klinefelter, destacándose como caracteres clínicos más sobresalientes en ambos, las proporciones eunucoides: alta talla, testes pequeños y firmes ginecomastia bilateral y alteraciones de la conducta con déficit mental liger. En las investigaciones realizadas se constató una constitución cromosómica XXY en un paciente y en el otro un mosaicismo con tres líneas celulares XY/XXX/XXXY. La determinación de gonadotropinas plasmáticas, mostró niveles elevados, en la determinación de testosterona plasmática posestimulación con gonadotropina coriónlca, la respuesta fue pobre. Tanto los hallazgos clínicos, como las investigaciones realizadas, confirman en estos pacientes el diagnóstico de la enfermedad motivo de nuestro estudio.Downloads
