Infarto cardíaco agudo y actividad de la glándula tiroidea
Abstract
Se informa que los niveles de tiroxina en suero se determinan por el método de RIA en 38 pacientes con el diagnóstico confirmado de infarto cardíaco agudo durante el período de 21 días de hospitalización, realizándose toma de muestras en la primera, segunda y tercera semana posteriores al ingreso. Se encuentra diferencia significativa durante la segunda semana, donde los valores de tiroxina de los pacientes estudiados en esta etapa son bajos. Se indica que cuando se separó por subgrupos la muestra, se encontró que el mayor por ciento de los casos durante la primera y la segunda semana tenía valores bajos de tiroxina, predominando los pacientes con valores normales en la tercera semana.Downloads
