Anafilaxia alimentaria
Abstract
Se fijan conceptos de anafilaxia y y alergia y se especula sobre sus recíprocas relaciones. La anafilaxia en el hombre se individualiza desde el punto de vista clínico y etiopatogénico. El papel de los alimentos como antígenos se analiza como paso previo a la presentación y discusión clinicoalergo- lógica de dos casos de anafilaxia alimentaria. Se analiza el valor de las pruebas intradérmicas con extractos alimentarios. Por último, se expone de manera sus- cinta la argumentación basal que permite considerar a la muerte en la cuna como un caso particular o modalidad de la anafilaxia alimentaria.Downloads
