Factores etiológicos en la hepatitis crónica: Valoración de la hepatitis aguda y factores nutricionales, etílicos y toxomedicamentosos
Abstract
Se realiza un interrogatorio orientado, mediante el que se valoran, en 100 enfermos afectos de hepatitis crónica, el antecedente de hepatitis viral aguda, factores nutricionales, alcohólicos y toxomedicamentosos, como agentes causales o predisponentes de dicha patología en nuestro medio. De los 100 casos, se detectó la posibilidad diagnóstica de hepatitis aguda en 57 (57%). Se considera que debe realizarse un estudio anatomopatológico en los enfermos portadores de hepatitis aguda, si queremos lograr una visión real del factor causal “hepatitis viral” en la hepatitis crónica. Se concluye que los factores nutricionales, alcohólicos y toxomedicamentosos no han jugado un papel importante en el desarrollo de esta enfermedad en nuestro medio.Downloads
