Síndrome de hípervíscosidad en mieloma múltiple

Abstract

Se analizan 2 enfermos que presentan mieloma múltiple, el cual se acompaña de manifestaciones clínicas humorales del llamado síndrome de hiperviscosidad. Se estudian desde el punto de vista humoral y celular, se tratan con plasmaforesis y citostátlcos específicos. Se comparan con los informados en la literatura, se muestra su supervivencia y se hacen comparaciones.
