Las alteraciones electrocardiográficas en la pancreatitis aguda

Abstract

Se revisan las historias clínicas de los pacientes egresados de la sala de cuidados intensivos del hospital docente "General Calixto García", en el período comprendido entre enero de 1974 a noviembre de 1980, con el diagnóstico de pancreatitis aguda. Se realiza un esbozo de las distintas teorías que se han utilizado en la interpretación de las alteraciones electrocardiográficas que se presentan en estos casos. Se exponen nuestros propios criterios. Se determina la relación existente entre las alteraciones ECG y los distintos tipos de pancreatitis, así como la relación con la edad y la mortaMdad de nuestra serie. Se presentan de forma ilustrativa las historias resúmenes de cuatro de nuestros casos. Se expresan las conclusiones de nuestro trabajo.
