Linfadenopatía angioimmunoblástica con disproteinemia. Presentación de un caso y revisión de la literatura

Abstract

Se comunica el primer caso de linfadenopatía anaioinmunoblástica con disproteinemia en nuestro país y se hace una revisión de la literatura. Se informa que el cuadro clinico tenía como datos más notables un síndrome general asociado con adenopatías y hepatoesplenomegalia y desde el punto de vista inmunológico, una hipergammaglobulinemia policional. Se encuentra en la biopsia de ganglio linfático una pérdida de la estructura ganglionar con proliferación de vasos sanguíneos e inmunoblastos y presencia de sustancia acidófila PAS positiva. Se señalan que estas alteraciones en su conjunto hacen el diagnóstico de la enfermedad. Se informa que el paciente falleció después del tratamiento citotóxico por una sepsis por hongo (mucormicosis).
