Distrofia miotónica. Eetudio de tres hermanos
Abstract
Se presentan 3 hermanos portadores de distrofia miotónica. y se realiza un análisis de las principales manifestaciones clínicas de los mismos. Se destacan los que pudieran constituir signos mínimos” de la enfermedad entre los familiares sin miopatía y sin atrofias musculares. Se expone el tratamiento posible en estos casos, tanto desde el punto de vista endocrino como antimiotónico.Downloads
