Determinación del gasto cardíaco mediante un método radioisotópico y conteos externos sobre el área precordial
Abstract
Se plantea que la técnica para determinar gasto cardíaco, más simple y menos traumática para el paciente, es la que emplea conteos externos sobre el área precordial y administración endovenosa de un radiotrazador. Los valores obtenidos por esta técnica resultan ser ligeramente diferentes de un-laboratorio a otro debido a factores técnicos del método. En el presente trabajo se describe la técnica seguida en nuestro laboratorio, así como la instrumentación empleada para determinar gasto cardíaco, y los resultados obtenidos en 22 pacientes sin patología cardiovascular diagnosticada. También se discuten la posible información acerca de la dinámica cardiopulmonar que permite obtener la radiocardiografía, y sus limitaciones debido a la geometría de determinación corazón-detector.Downloads
