Estudio dinámico de la circulación coronaria mediante radioisótopos
Abstract
Se presenta una revisión de las técnicas más conocidas para determinar flujo coronario, y nuestras experiencias con dos de éstas en las que se emplean comeos del área precordial, luego de la administración endovenosa de un radioisótopo. Se discuten también las limitaciones de estas técnicas y sobre la posibilidad de estimar reserva coronaria, empleando un simple detertor > midiendo la captación de Rb8'- en condiciones básales y después que las necesidades del miocardio, por elementos nutrientes, se han aumentado. Estudios experimentales posteriores, en nuestro laboratorio, permitirán conocer mejor la utilidad de esta prueba en el diagnóstico y estudio evolutivo de una aterosclerosis coronaria.Downloads
