Dermatitis y su tratamiento. Estudio estadístico e investigación terapéutica en 46 casos del Hospital Docente Clínico Quirúrgico "Joaquín Albarrán” Reporte preliminar
Abstract
Los autores estudiaron 46 casos de dermatitis del Hospital Docente Clínico Quirúrgico “Joaquín Albarrán”. Trataron 22 casos con corticoesteroides y 24 con antihistamínicos. El corticoesteroide usado fue Prednisona y los antihistamínicos: Benadrilina y Suprastín. El tratamiento local fue simplemente loción de zinc y pasta Lassar simple para todos los casos. Se eliminaron de la investigación los pacientes que no cumplieron los requisitos de la misma. Los resultados parecen mostrar que no hubo ventaja en el uso de corticoesteroides en los casos de dermatitis estudiados. Los autores consideran que esto debe hacer sugerir el que no se usen estos productos en los casos de dermatitis habituales, por sus posibles efectos co-laterales tardíos. Adjuntamos el Modelo-Guía de Historia para los casos de este estudio, que fue de gran auxilio para la metódica de esta investigación.Downloads
