La laparoscopia en el diagnóstico ginecológico
Abstract
En la patología ginecológica tan fre-cuente en la práctica médica, hay un número apreciable de casos en los que el diagnóstico, a pesar de un buen examen clínico, tacto y exámenes complementarios, es difícil de concluir y es precisamente en estas pacientes, donde la laparoscopia brinda un excelente medio de diagnóstico al precisar la etiología de la afección.Downloads
