Colangiografía laparoscópica
Abstract
Este método introducido por Royer7 y Lee hace algunos años y realizado por otros gastroenterólogos principalmente europeos, ha mostrado ser de gran utilidad en el diagnóstico de ciertas afecciones de las vías biliares, sobre todo en casos de ictericia, constituyendo un buen complemento del examen laparoscópico. En realidad el nombre correcto debe ser colecistocolangiografía, ya que se realiza puncionando la vesícula.Downloads
