La laparoscopia: concepto e historia
Abstract
La laparoscopia es la inspeción directa de las cavidades abdominal y pelviana por un instrumento endoscópico, el laparoscopio; realizando previamente un neumoperitoneo que evita herir las visceras al entrar con el trocar y facilita el examen de la superficie peritoneal de los órganos, permitiendo hacer el diagnóstico directo de las distintas patologías que sobre ellos asientan, pudiendo realizar bajo control visual, biopsias dirigidas que ayudan aún más en la determinación de las mismas.Downloads
