Patrones hemodinámicos en la Estenosis Mitral

Abstract

Por medio del cateterismo intracar- díaco derecho,W.9-10.11 podemos determinar, aplicando las fórmulas basadas en los principios hidráulicos, el tamaño del área valvular y el estrechamiento del lecho vascular pulmonar, reflejado en la R. A. P. La valoración del tercer factor, es decir, el daño miocárdico, 5 tiene que hacerse no sólo por el estudio hemodinámico pre-operatorio, sino también sobre bases clínicas y por el estudio hemodinámico post-operatorio que debe seguir en forma seriada a la valvulotomía, para mejor evaluación del grado de la enfermedad. Este trabajo, queda pendiente de com-pletarse, posteriormente, por otro en el cual se haga la correlación hemodinámica de los casos estudiados en el postoperatorio.
