Tratamiento integral del paciente asmático

Abstract

Los pacientes cuyas fotografías inician este trabajo no hubieran desarrollado esas impresionantes alteraciones de sus morfologías torácicas de haberse prestado cuidadosa atención a afecciones que se fueron instaurando paulatina-mente como bronquitis a repetición que semejaba un proceso catarral de poca importancia patológica, que después se instauró como una bronquitis asmática al parecer de tipo benigno para después de desarrollarse como un asma grave terminar su curso como un enfisema pulmonar de grado tercero como es el caso del joven, de 21 años de edad o el de la niña, de tan sólo 15 años que ya tiene un cor pulmonar.
