Estudio de la eritrocinética mediante el empleo simultáneo del 59Fe y 51Cr
Abstract
Se hace una breve revisión de los diferentes métodos informados en la literatura en el estudio de la eritrocinética mediante el uso simultáneo o por separado del s9Fe y del MCr. Se comentan los índices de la eritrocinética empleados por algunos autores, proponiéndose una breve y sencilla serie de ellos, donde se elimina la influencia de la faltade equilibrio entre la eritropoyesis y la destiucción globulares. Se presentan los resultados obtenidos con este procedimiento en dos personas normales y dos casos con anemia por hematíes falciformes.
