Farmacología de Drogas Antiarrítmicas

Abstract

Se presentan las investigaciones modernas en el dominio de la búsqueda de las nuevas drogas antiarrítmicas y los datos acerca de los métodos más modernos para estudiar su actividad. En base del análisis de los datos experimentales propios y de la literatura se trazan las futuras vías para la búsqueda de las drogas para el tratamiento de las alteraciones de la excitabilidad cardíaca. Se someten a análisis especial los resultados obtenidos en el estudio de la influencia batmotrópico de las formas de las drogas que se utilizan en el tratamiento del infarto agudo del miocardio que pueden tener un interés determinado en la práctica farmacológica.
