Abstract

La prueba del acetato de cobre es simple y práctica. Ella usa un solo reactivo: estable, fácil de preparar y adquirir y de costo ínfimo. La prueba puede desarrollarse como reacción: estandard, cuantitativa y ultramicrométodo. En conclusión, la prueba del acetato de cobre de Sellek-Frade es por su conjunto de cualidades, un procedimiento de interés creciente internacional, que refleja el estado clínico del paciente con mayor exactitud y sensibilidad que las otras pruebas de función hepática y para la cual investigadores de: Albania. Argentina, Cuba, Colombia, Estados Unidos, España, Francia, Honduras, Hungría, Italia, México, Perú y URSS, recomiendan su uso universal en las enfermedades del hígado y de las vías biliares.
