Enzimoforesis del jugo gástrico en pacientes con gastritis crónica

Abstract

Se estudiaron 17 pacientes con gastritis crónica diagnosticada por biopsia. En 4 de éstos con gastritis atrófica, no aparecieron fracciones (24% del total de pacientes); y en los 13 pacientes testantes no hubo correlación definida entre la aparición o no de fracciones y el tipo de gastritis, lo cual atribuimos a que la biopsia distaba en ocasiones, meses del momento de la enzimoforesis. y además a que la biopsia era hecha solamente bajo control fluoroscópico, no pudiendo así predecirse el estado del resto de la mucosa. Se cree que este método es útil para el establecimiento del grado de atrofia de la mucosa y para seguir la evolución de las gastritis crónicas.
