Estudio enzimoforético de la pepsina del jugo gástrico en pacientes operados de estómago

Abstract

Se hace un estudio enzimoforético de la pepsina en 23 pacientes operados de estómago, los cuales fueron separados en tres grupos según el tipo de intervención quirúrgica realizada: gastroenterostomía con vagotomía; piloroplastia con vagotomía; y gastroenterostomía. Se aprecia en los resultados, que las fracciones 1 y 2 que aparecen en el 73% y 39% respectivamente, de pacientes ulcerosos, y en el 47% y 29% respectivamente, de sujetos normales, no aparecen en ninguno de los casos estudiados. Se analiza en cada grupo de factores que intervendrían en la producción de las fracciones que aparecen. Se hace un planteamiento perspectivo con vistas a tratar de planificar el tratamiento médico a imponer o la técnica quirúrgica a elegir.
