Leptospirosis icterohemorrágica o enfermedad de Weil Presentación de un caso
Abstract
Se presenta el primer raso de leptospirosis icterohemorrágica humana en el hospital regional de Colón y en toda la provincia de Matanzas, así como la presencia de titulación y el favorable proceso de mejoría, a pesar del uso del glucocorticoide. El paciente se recuperó evolutivamente con la penicilina, aunque este antibiótico no se instituyó en el tratamiento a su debido tiempo. Hubo buena evolución, no obstante el daño hepático, renal y cuadro he- morragíparo presentado. Se determinó leptospirosis a serotipo grippotyphosa.Downloads
