La fibrogastroscopia y la topografía del cáncer gástrico en sus distintas variedades Experiencia en el Instituto de Gastroenterología
Abstract
Se analizan la clasificación anatomopatológica y la situación topográfica de 138 cánceres gástricos estudiados en el departamento de endoscopia del Instituto de Gastroenterología. Se exponen las características endoscópicas de las distintas variedades de cáncer gástrico. Se analizan los resultados, y se comprueba una vez más que el cáncer gástrico es más frecuente en la región antral, siendo significativas las diferencias de incidencia en las distintas zonas del estómago relacionadas con las formas anatomopatológicas del cáncer, ya que la neoplasia vegetante predomina en el cuerpo gástrico, mientras que las formas infiltrante y ulcerada predominan en la región antral.Downloads
