Clasifica ción de la p olicitemia vera por medio de la eritrocinética, sus implicaciones en el tratamiento con P (fósforo radiactivo)
Abstract
Se presenta por los autores, una clasificación eritrocinética de la policitemia vera basada en estudios realizados antes y después de su tratamiento con 3-p en pacientes portadores de la enfermedad y que no habian recibido otro proceder terapéutico. Se describen las posibles implicaciones que tendría la terapéutica con 3-p en las diferentes etapas de la clasificación eritrocinética por ellos formulada. Se destacan la necesidad e importancia de realizar una eritrocinética a todos los pacientes con enfermedad de Váquez Osler, antes de realizar cualquier tratamiento.Downloads
