Alteraciones oftalmológicas en la anemia a hematíes falciformes18
Abstract
Se realizó el estudio' oftalmológico de 26 pacientes homocigóticos para la Hb S. Se determinó la presencia del signo conjuntival en más del 30% de los enfermos, utilizándose, tanto el oftalinoseopio como la lámpara d'e hendidura; se> comprobó que con el uso del ofta moscopio co’n -}- 30 dioptrías es posible detectar esta anomalía en la mayoría de los casos. Se concluyó, que los hallazgos del fondo de ojo se clasificaron en grados, según la intensidad de las lesiones, encontrándose un 57,6% de cambios catalogados como ligeros, así como que no se encontraron variaciones patológicas en el segmento anterior, la peri- campimetría y las tensiones oculares.Downloads
