El signo del “Festón” o “Scalhping”, vertebral en la Neurofibromatosis
Abstract
Se hace una revisión de 45 casos de neurofibromatosis, entre los que aparecen 4 portadores de una concavidad exagerada de la cara posterior de los cuerpos vertebrales, en forma de festón, signo que debe ser añadido al grupo de las alteraciones óseas que acompañan a a enfermedad de Von Recldmghausen. Se revisan las diferentes causas que pueden dar lugar a un festón vertebral, destacándose la posibilidad de que se presente en la neurofibromatosis solo, asociado, a un neurofibroma o a un meningocele anterior en el lugar del defecto.Downloads
