Adenocarcinoma renal. Informe de 40 casos
Abstract
Se realiza un estudio sobre el adenocarcínoma renal en nuestro medio, en una serle de 40 enfermos, entreenero de 1976 y enero de 1981. El diagnóstico se fundamenta en los estudios histológicos, exámenes radiológicos y ecografía. Se insiste en la frecuencia con que se presenta esta neoplasla en los servicios de Medicina Interna de nuestros hospitales, la cual se caracteriza por síntomas variados y específicos, por lo que es importante quo sea conocida tanto por clínicos, urólogos, como por médicos generales. Se revisa el tema y se comparan nuestros resultados con los de otros autores.
