Abstract
Pila Pérez, R. y otros: Resultados de la plasmaféresis terapéutica en la miastenia gravis refractarla. Se recuerdan los hechos y los estudios inmunológicos que sirven de base a la hipótesis autoinmune en el origen de la miastenia gravis, así como al tratamiento mediante la plasmaféresis repetida. Se presentan los resultados obtenidos con el método terapéutico en una serie de 10 pacientes con crisis refractaria a los anticolinesterásicos, atendidos en nuestro hospital. Se hacen los comentarios particulares y se llega a conclusiones positivas.Downloads
