Prueba de hiperglicoamilasemia provocada. Su valor en las afecciones del páncreas exocrino
Abstract
Se reportan los resultados obtenidos con el empleo de la prueba de hiperglicoamilasemia provocada en 80 pacientes. En los 40 pacientes portadores d? afecciones pancreáticas la prueba dio resultados positivos en el 95% de los casos. En eil 50% de pacientes portadores de afecciones extrapancreáticas se obtuvieron falsos positivos. Se considera la prueba de gran valor orientador en las afecciones pancreáticas, debiendo complementarse con otras pruebas de exploración funcional para que junto con el cuadro clínico humoral nos permita llegar a un diagnóstico definitivo de Ja afección pancreática.Downloads
