Metástasis poco frecuente en un hipernefroma
Abstract
Se hace un análisis general del hipernefroma: su frecuencia en nuestro medio, algunas de sus manifertaciones clínicas y datos evolutivos en cuanto a su comportamiento. Se señalan las localizaciones metastásicas más frecuentes de este tumor renal, destacando la que si; produce en piel y cuero cabelludo. Se destaca la importancia del conocimiento general de esta metástasis como pista para el diagnóstico de este tumor renal, aunque resulta extraordinariamente poco común encontrarla a nivel de la piel.Downloads
