Frecuencias génicas y genotípicas del sistema Rh y riesgo de padecer la enfermedad hereditaria del recién nacido (EHRN)

Abstract

Se estiman las frecuencias génicas y genotípicas del sistema Rh en 2 variables: regional (provincia y municipios) y color de la piel (en las variables regionales) y el riesgo de sufrir la enfermedad hereditaria del recién nacido (EHRC) en estas mismas variables. Se Informa que la muestra está constituida por 8 067 donantes voluntarios del Banco de Sangre de Pinar del Río. Se indica que estas frecuencias se estimaron mediante el método propuesto por Bernstein bajo la suposición que se cum-ple la ley de Hardy-Weinberg. Se señala que las frecuencias estimadas difieren entre los negros y los blancos, y son en este grupo más estables, lo cual puede explicarse mediante un proceso migratorio. Se expresa que los riesgos (R,, R2 y Ra) estimados son también más estables en los blancos que en los negros. Se informa de las restricciones que este trabajo posee.
