Enfermedades de Friedreich Informe de un caso y de formas frustradas en la misma familia13
Abstract
Se describe una familia con un paciente portador de enfermedad de Friedreich con todas bus manifestaciones clínicas, destacándose la presencia de otros familiares (padres y hermanos) con formas incompletas o frustres. Se señala que todas las degeneraciones cspinocerebelosas no son más que diversas formas de un mismo, proceso, lo que da respuesta satisfactoria a las dudas planteadas por el hallazgo en una misma familia de varias de estas entidades clínicas. También se resaltan las características y frecuencia de alteraciones cardíacas en estos enfermos.Downloads
