Algunas consideraciones sobre Gerontología. Encuesta realizada a un grupo de cincuentenarios de la industria azucarera
Abstract
Se realiza una encuesta a los cincuentenarios de la industria azucarera del Complejo Agroindustrial "Orlando González", de la provincia Ciego de Ávila, donde se destacan la influencia de la jubilación en las motivaciones por la vida y la importancia de trasmitir los conocimientos de estos jubilados a la nueva generación, así como la necesidad de mantener este grupo etario asociado con las actividades laborales, grupales y hasta sindicales, para que continúen vinculados con la sociedad, y la jubilación no afecte sus motivaciones en el aspecto social.Downloads
