Preparación de albúmina sérica humana marcada con 99mTc
Abstract
Se describe la preparación de albúmina sérica marcada con 99“Tc. Se estudia la modificación de un método informado anteriormente y las variables que incrementan la pureza radioquímica. Se logra obtener un micrométodo con resultados equivalentes. Se encuentra que existe adsorción inespecífica de la albúmina no radiactiva al papel cromatográfico, por lo que en la determinación de coloides radiactivos es necesario añadir antes albúmina no marcada. Se observa que la concentración del ion hidronio (H+) influye en la reducción del pertecnetato por el estaño. Se encuentra que el empleo de eluatos radiactivos filtrados por membranas de 0,22 mieras de poro disminuye la formación de coloides radiactivos.Downloads
