Nistagmo optocinético y lesiones laberínticas
Abstract
Se empleó la electronistagmografía para evaluar el nistagmo optocinético. Fueron comparados estadísticamente 12 enfermos con lesiones laberínticas, con respecto a un 9ruP0 control de 30 sujetos sanos. Seguidamente, para las variables con las que se habían alcanzado diferencias significativas en la comparación antes señalada, los resultados obtenidos en cada uno de los enfermos se compararon con los intervalos de confianza estimados en el grupo control. Se determinó que esta prueba no es eficaz por si sola para el estudio de este tipo de pacientes, no obstante, de acuerdo con la confrontación de nuestros resultados con los de otros autores, se sugiere que debe realizársele a enfermos en los que se sospeche una afección laberíntica, pues el hecho de no encontrar anomalías en el nistagmo optocinético apoya el diagnóstico clínico.Downloads
