Comportamiento de la oxihemoglobina en el infarto miocàrdico agudo (IMA)
Abstract
Se realizó una encuesta prospectiva a 85 pacientes con infarto miocàrdico agudo (IMA) que ingresaron en la Unidad de Cuidados Intensivos (UCI) en forma consecutiva, con el fin de conocer el valor inicial de la oxihemoglobina. La saturación de oxígeno sanguíneo fue determinada, en muestras obtenidas por punción arterial o cateterismo venoso central, y fueron comparados sus resultados con 32 variables clínicas. La letalidad fue del 12,9% durante el ingreso hospitalario, y en las principales causas de muerte se observó la influencia de distintas alteraciones gasométricas preexistentes que determinaron un peor pronóstico en la mayoría de los casos fatales.Downloads
