Utilidad de la prueba de esfuerzo en pacientes con dolor precordial
Abstract
Se realizaron 132 pruebas ergomótricas de tipo diagnóstico y se comprobó una positividad del 34,8 % con franco predominio del sexo masculino. El 74 % de estos pacientes presentaba una precordialgia típica. Aproximadamente la mitad de los pacientes con prueba ergométrica positiva se encuentra en el grupo etario de 40 a 49 años. De los pacientes sin antecedentes de hipertensión arterial, el 39 % presentó cifras elevadas de ésta. El 31% de pacientes con antecedentes de hipertensión arterial permaneció normotenso durante toda la prueba. Por las pruebas que resultaron positivas, se comprobó que el 52,2 % de los pacientes eran fumadores.Downloads
