Valores de HDL2 y HDL3 en sujetos normales, diabéticos y obesos. Indice de aterogenicidad HDL2 /HDL3 y HDL-c/Ct
Abstract
Los valores de las subfracciones 2 y 3 de las lipoproteínas de alta densidad (HDL2 y HDL3) en las mujeres normales fueron mayores significativamente al compararlos con los hombres normales. Algo similar ocurrió en relación con la HDL2 cuando analizamos a los hombres diabéticos y obesos con respecto a los controles. No existieron diferencias significativas de los niveles del colesterol contenido en la HDL (HDL-c) y HDL2 al comparar a la mujeres obesas con sus controles. Los valores de HDL3 no fueron significativamente diferentes en sujetos diabéticos y obesos con respecto a sus controles. El índice colesterol contenido en los HDL/colesterol total (HDL-c/Ct), puede ser de utilidad para predecir riesgo vascular en la población diabética y obesa y el índice HDL2/HDL3 lo podrían ser para los sujetos diabéticos.Downloads
