Alteraciones de la coagulación en la hepatitis viral aguda
Abstract
Se informa que el hígado, como órgano donde se sintetiza la mayor parte de las proteínas que participan en la actividad e inhibición de la coagulación, tiene una importancia capital al enfermarse con las alteraciones de la coagulación. Se indica que en la hepatitis viral aguda se producen alteraciones de los factores vitamina K dependientes (II, Vil, X, IX). Se estudian 40 pacientes ingresados, con el diagnóstico de hepatitis viral aguda, en el año 1982. Se encuentra que el 10% de los mismos presentaba un ligero descenso de los factores Vll-X. Se señala que la observación de estos factores sirvió para establecer el pronóstico de la entidad, pues su caída marcada indica una insuficiencia hepática aguda.Downloads
