Alteraciones de la coagulación en la cirrosis hepática
Abstract
Se informa que las alteraciones hepáticas afectan en mayor o menor grado los factores de la coagulación en general. Se señala que los factores vitamina K dependientes (II, VII, X, IX) se encuentran alterados de manera constante en las hepatopatías crónicas, y de manera más evidente en la cirrosis hepática. Se encuentra, en los enfermos que padecen de cirrosis hepática, la presencia de factor II acarboxilado en el plasma, hecho que no se encuentra en otras hepatopatías crónicas; se indica que estos niveles no se modifican después de la administración de vitamina K y se expresa con un tiempo de protrombina alargado. Se observa, en relación con el factor V, que los resultados son contradictorios, así algunos autores encuentran poca alteración del mismo y otros señalan un descenso importante3 en relación con la severidad.Downloads
