Uso del clorhidrato de papaverina en la angina primaria (angina vasoespástica). Informe preliminar
Abstract
Se estudia la utilidad del clorhidrato de papaverina en enfermos con angina primada para el control de dicho estado. Se Indica que este fármaco, de reconocida actividad anties- pasmódlca coronaria, produjo en 25 pacientes ausencia de crisis anginosas en el 76% dé los casos, mientras que en ese mismo grupo de estudio la efectividad de la prenilamina fue del 28% (p < 0,01) durante el mismo período de seguimiento. Se sugiere continuar estudios de este tipo con la finalidad de revltalizar la papaverina.Downloads
